Member, Torts, Insurance, and Environmental Practice Groups.  Litigated and provided counsel to clients on insurance defense and subrogation matters.  Tried several cases to verdict.  Argued appeals in the Court of Appeals, Second and Third Departments, USDC-NDNY.
